We are completely wowed by all the images coming out of the inaugural Kips Bay 2020 Decorator Show House in Dallas. Twenty Seven of the industry's top designers came together to transform the North Dallas home. We were so proud to provide hardware for two of the rooms by Michelle Nussbaumer and Doniphan Penn Moore. (how cute are they below during install week!)
Michelle Nussbaumer created a layered and well traveled space inspired by the Paul Montgomery wallpaper and Clarence House fabrics. The wallpaper is based on tile palaces throughout the Islamic world, while the fabric is based on some of her favorite travel destinations from Mexico to Morocco.
“I see this room belonging to a British traveler who traveled the world and brought all of their collected treasures. It’s the room of a person who travels the desert and sleeps under the stars.” —Michelle Nussbaumer
Michelle Designed the Moroccan inspired brass hardware featured in the bar.
Michelle chose hardware from her existing collection to grace the amazing closet doors. The FAROAN knobs in Brass are shown on the custom cabinets made by the Container Store.
The room is the ideal place for a boheme to unwind and reset after a long journey, and the stunning closets by The Container Store are perfect for showcasing all one’s global finds.
We also made some special coat hooks for her many Kaftans that feature a backplate for extra impact.
How do you like the new Moroccan inspired hardware we made for the powder room?
