Nice to Meet You! - Addison Weeks

Lee Addison Lesley and Katherine Weeks Mulford are two Southern designers whose love of gemstones and statement jewelry prompted them to launch ADDISON WEEKS in 2012. With ten years in the jewelry business under their belt (turq jewelry), the duo saw a need for versatile, high quality fashion jewelry. The pair is a great team, complimenting and melding each others personal style. The evolving collection is both classic and modern dedicated to hand crafted luxurious creations made of various gemstones. Recently listed as one of Oprah's Favorite Things in 2016, the brand has developed a loyal following. New additions to the collection include a design collaboration of gemstone hardware with Barrie Benson, for Highland House Furniture. The Addison Weeks collection can be found in boutiques across the country as well as on Amazon Prime, One Kings Lane, the Mine, Houzz and Perigold.

Lee Addison Lesley grew up in Richmond, Virginia. As a child she would have jewelry stands, selling pieces made from her mother’s vintage jewelry. Lee went on to study Art History at Mary Baldwin College in Virginia and followed that with a degree in Graphic Design at Portfolio Center in Atlanta.

Katherine Weeks Mulford grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina. Kat was always interested in creating, whether it was producing backyard plays or illustrating books. “ I love digging through piles of vintage jewelry at the flea market. I find inspiration in old lockets and chains. The style and vibe of the 70s definitely speaks to me. I love layering chunky gemstones and big pendants. I’m often heard saying ‘is this too much?’ My answer is never!” --Kat

“My love of jewelry blossomed when I was studying abroad in Florence. The Italian gold and classic roman coins made such an impression on me. I love designs that are timeless and graceful for any age.”--Lee
