What is required to set up a wholesale account?
If you have a store and are interested in carrying Addison Weeks, you can apply for a wholesale account here. We require a tax ID and would like to know your location. We will respond to your application within 24 hours.

 

How long will it take for my item to arrive?

If you live within the United States your item should arrive in approximately 5-8 business days (if not sooner!). We ship UPS and can provide tracking numbers. If you need your item by a specific date, please note it at check-out or email us so we can do our best to get it out asap!

Do you accept returns? 

Each Addison Weeks piece is hand made. We think the slight imperfections of our natural gemstones enhance the beauty and uniqueness of each piece. But, we want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may send it back to us within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.  All shipping charges including the original cost of delivery will be the responsibility of the customer should you decide to return or exchange an item. We can always swap it out for something else!

How do I care for my jewelry?

Our pieces are handmade creations with semi-precious gemstones- each piece varying slightly from another. Whether you purchase a piece that is handmade brass or a 24kt gold plate item, we recommend you treat them as you would fine jewelry. Our items are packaged in dust bags or jewelry cloths to protect them from the elements. We recommend you gently wipe with a jewelry cloth after each wear and store in its provided bag.


What payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal (online orders only).

How does your product come packaged?

All jewelry comes packaged in our silk bags and glossy pink boxes. Our larger items come packaged in our blue draw string cotton bags.

Do you offer Gift Wrapping Services?

Yes! Gift wrapping per item is offered during the check out process.

What kind of gemstones do you use? Are they all semi-precious?
The majority of our gemstones are semi-precious . We do have a few synthetic stones that have been born out of custom request and kept in the collection. For example the Pink Opal is synthetic and our Emerald is enhanced (for the sake of price point). The Milk Glass (an alternative to Moonstone) is also synthetic.
 
Do you use an external treatment to protect the brass like a lacquer or urethane?
The jewelry is 2.5 micron (heavy 24k gold plate). The brass has a e-coating (lacquer). While these finishes will wear over time, we use high quality metals and finishes to protext the lifetime of your jewelry. We provide polishing cloths to for the care of our handmade brass products.
 
Are replacement stones available when customers either knock one loose or break some
Absolutely. You can email or call us and let us know you are sending the piece back and we will replace it asap.


Do the Clutches accommodate the new larger cell phones like the I-phone 6+
Yes, our standard size clutch does accommodate the I-phone 6. The mini clutches do not.
 
Do you do many Custom pieces with changes in sizes and number of stones
We love to do custom pieces- whether it is a design you are dreaming of or a special occassion like a wedding. There is a 6-8 week turn around for these types of orders. We have fun doing these! You can email us at kat@addisonweeks.com or call our studio number.
 
Do you have more than one candle scent?
Currently we only have one scent that we developed. It is called Meadowgrass and Magnolia. Testers are available upon request.
 
Do you do trunk shows?
Trunk shows are available upon request. Please contact kat@addisonweeks.com if you are interested in hosting or attending one in your area.
