Where is your hardware manufactured?

All of our handcrafted metals and hand cut and polished gemstones come from India. We custom set the stones to your order in our warehouse in 

Charlotte, NC. 

Where are you located/ship from?

We operate out of offices in both Charlotte, NC and Virginia Beach, VA. Our warehouse is located in Charlotte, NC where all the product ships from. 

What metal options are available? Gemstones?

Most of our designs are available in popular finishes of Brass, Nickel, and Antique Brass. In addition, we have some designs available in Patina, Satin Steel, Pewter, and Copper. Available gemstones are Moonstone, Labradorite, Amazonite, Rose Quartz, Malachite, Lapis, Tigers Eye and Dalmation Jasper.

What is your trade discount?

Having a trade account qualifies you for 15% off MSRP. No minimums. If you have a project of a significant size, we would love to discuss to see if we can get you a better price.

Do you offer a higher discount than trade pricing?

If you have a project with a significant quantity of hardware, we can discuss if this would qualify for a larger discount. Hardware Exclusive Showrooms who 

resell to designers and consumers qualify for a volume discount.

I am a designer and have a storefront, do I qualify for a larger discount?

We try to keep our pricing simple. All trade accounts are 15% of MSRP. The only exception is hardware exclusive showrooms.

How do I get Samples?

You can buy up to three samples at a discount of 75% off retail per design project. We also sell sample boards if you would prefer. These too are 75% off retail.

What is your lead time?

Our lead time for in-stock items is 1-3 business days. If it is a pre-order item, it could take up to 8 weeks to get the item in stock.

How long for pre-orders?

If it is a pre-order item, it could take up to 8 weeks to get the item in stock.

What are your shipping costs?

Our shipping costs are determined by the total price of your order. Shipping costs start at $12.00 for orders under $100, etc. 

How do I order? Send PO or order online?

We do not have reps. You can reach out to us directly and we will take

Do you manufacture door hardware? Towel bars?

We do not have door hardware or towel bars in our collection currently. 

However, we are working on designs for these items, so stay tuned for 2021!
